What now?

Hi. I completely C25K some 4 weeks ago and have continued to run 3 times a week completing 5k in 35 minutes. I’ve managed to bring this time down from 40 minutes.

What’s next?

That’s great. Why don’t you hop over to the bridge to 10k forum? Increasing your distance will also help your short run pace. Don’t try and run fast and beat your 5k time every run though as your body needs time to repair. Running slowly most of the time is far better for developing your aerobic base and you’ll still see improvements in pace just by running frequently 👍🏽

Congratulations! I would say take Tasha99's advice. The Bridge to10k forum is the place for you -very friendly just like this one with lots of experienced runners offering support and advice and lots of new C25k graduates like you.
