It was a tough 28 minute plod today but I’ve taken to listening to podcasts so Covid-19 Confidential kept me going and I completed. I’m conscious I’m not that quick for now just concentrating on the stamina!

Good run for you today, however, run 1 of week 7 is 25 minutes, there are actually 4/25 minute runs, run 3 of week 6 and the 3/25 minute runs of week 7, in week 8 you have 3/28 minute runs, anyway you only have around 8 runs to go until you graduate. 😊 🏃🏾 👍

Ha my mistake! It was actually Week 8 I should have said. All good 28 minutes is a psychological hurdle more than physical but on course m!

Week 8... so near you can taste it! Yes, you will get there and soon your name will have the much-deserved GRADUATE badge next to it. So much hard work... congratulations.
