Completed W7R2 last night in wind and horizontal rain. Managed it but since upping length to 25 mins my legs either feel like lead or jelly......any advice welcome x

Have you properly hydrated, as it sounds like you could be running having drunk not enough water?

What a great description - jelly lead! Know this only too well 😀. As Imc50 says, make sure you’re well watered. I found week 7 pretty tough, but you do adapt, just believe! Best of luck 🤞😊🏃♂️🏃♀️

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.
