Thank you to everyone who offered advice/support after my #leadlegs post! Well here’s the update : I drank nearly 2 litres of water yesterday & then around 400ml before I went out!! Lead legs no more, today at least for this run!! Ran slightly faster & longer, which I’m pleased with but it was more the fact the legs were good! 🦵🏼 Thanks everyone I really appreciate your support 💪🏼 Have a good day all!!

It's so easy to not drink enough but it's a big difference when we do .

That’s great!

Don’t drink loads before going out though or you’ll get a stitch and need a wee 🤣

Hydrating the day before, and then after your run is key 🔑

Yes indeed 💪🏼💦 I’ve drunk lots yesterday and it’s definitely helped me this morning!! I’m already drinking water to continue to help
