Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 of C25K and welcome to the forum, sunny in Cyprus, getting warm in the UK as well
Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water, especially in the warm weather where you live to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.
Well done! Getting out for the first run is always hard!

Well done on the first step on your journey. If you go slower your shins will hurt less.

Welcome to the big world of running. and I am so pleased that you have joined us!As I recall form earlier this week when I accompanied my wife on W1R1 the 8 reps seems interminable. I chose to break it down into sections. One done, tick. 2 done, well, that's a quarter, or half way to half way, and so on. Once 4 was done and dusted - or muddied on Dartmoor's soggy bits - it was downhill to the finish. I hope that helps?
Keep going, Keep us posted and do ask absolutely anything of us.
