I like this app, and I really like Jo whiley, yet I have now moved to another app, runkeeper as she talks all the way through the walk/run. Better for me and im really enjoying it.

I might find that reassuring. On one run back in week 3 Sarah said "Run for 90 seconds, now GO!" and then the app crashed. I don't know how long I ran before deciding it really was a lot longer than 90 seconds. I've not been so confident since, so it's good to get occasional confirmation that it's still working.
