C25K - a way to do my daily 10000 steps more quickly

Hi, Just discovered this group. I started C25K as a way to get my daily 10000 steps more quickly, by running. Really shocked that I have now reached week 9 and have done the first 30 minute run. Hopefully I can graduate next week. I am getting around 5500 steps in the session, including the warm up and cool down. Like many here I have never run before. It feels a lot more fun than just walking. I'll have to see how long this feeling lasts!

It’s addictive! I would advise to never stop because if people stop, they quite often never start again! Always run. Swap your days if you need to. But always run.
