Hi all. I'll be starting week 4 run 1 today happy that I've got this far. I'm starting to get the bug for running but sometimes find it hard scheduling it on a regular basis. I work night shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis and wondered if there are other shift workers on here and how they schedule their runs?

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
Three runs per week is optimal but if you can fit in two you will still progress. Do preserve your rest days though. They are crucial for all new runners.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.
I dont work shifts, but making me a priority is helping me make the time. Good luck with your run, I'm on the same one tonight

I don’t work shifts but I’m doing C25K with my daughter who does (NHS). We like to run at lunchtime so it’s a matter of checking her shifts, my work meetings etc and just running when we can. Don’t think we’ve ever managed 3 runs in a week - mostly manage 2, but it seems to work for us.
