New week, new challenge.

I'm glad it's a bit warmer this week!

The 30 second add on didn't seem to bad at first. It did make me realise my breathing isn't too great, but on queue Laura (coach) gave a great tip about breathing in and out in time with the steps, this really helps! Half way through i did feel my legs getting heavy. I guess its to be expected going from no exercise, I'll rest up for a day now and they should grow stronger for the next run!
