Re did this run after not feeling good after the last attempt. So glad I did, I had a better and more positive mindset, and I completed it - felt a sense of pride!
Started to get some ankle pain towards the end hopefully the days rest will help.
Feels so strange to be now running for 25 mins compared what I was like just 6 weeks ago!!
