Wow I'm exhilarated, I started this run not knowing what it entailed. I completed it and didn't struggle but, it is getting slightly more serious now. I had to battle against the wind this morning and again it was very cold. I'm so pleased with myself. Isn't the shower after a run ALWAYS the best.
