Hi I am a county person . Due to multiple illnesses! It's super hard for me to walk but before illness I jogged daily! Now I barely walk! So sad! I was very fit now I'm very plump! Dispize it! Wish I could get up and go again! I'm a diabetic and have fibro so somehow I must get moving again! I need to drop lots of extra weight! How do I start? I'm so lost now! Can't go outside way to cold! We are in a Arctic blast for about another week ! Then I can go out! So any advise would be great! Thanks in advance!
