Hi mango ... I did a 1 hour 20 minute dog walk, in the snow and ice, listening to 2 x podcasts .... Then... came in and fell TWICE (!!) while going from the back door to the recycling bins!! Hurt my elbow, knee and foot! Not risked a run as yet. I’m too tense when there’s ice around. TAKE CARE OUT THERE! 😃 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️ 👍🏼
