Hi I’m on week 5 run 3, enjoyed it so far and pleased with the progress so far, but not looking to tonight especially in the cold. But as they say no pain no gain .

I did that one on Saturday. Are you dreading the cold or the 20 min run?

The run mainly but I know that once I’m out there it will be hard. But I will do it. 😀

You will be fine Cockneysteve! I find the cold weather makes me look less like a 🍅 once I’m done 😀👍🏃‍♂️.

As the creator of C25K, Josh Clarke says... the mantra for C25K is 'no pain, no PAIN' - i.e. you take it nice and easy all the way through . You gain nothing positive from pain - just pain and injury.
