Weather permitting I hope to complete w9 run3 tomorrow

I dreaded & enjoyed every run being constantly amazed at what I’ve achieved each week

I am now scared of going it alone! I’ve sorted a route, I’ve put together a couple of choices of playlist but I can’t imagine running without a ‘coach’ I listened to

Then keep on running with your coach still with you until you feel comfortable enough to run without.
