W9R3 Tomorrow..... Yay!!!

I started on December 4th and will do my last C25K tomorrow morning. I'm beyond proud as I never considered I was built to run. As the runs increased in time, I would worry how I would finish them, but I did, despite my lack of self belief. Tomorrow will feel like an enormous victory and the words of advice and reading fellow runners' posts have spurred me on. Thank you!! 😊

You can and will do this. I started every week thinking there was no way I could complete the runs but somehow I did. Hope your first run goes well. Go for it 😊
