Howdy, a smoker of twenty years, but have remained pretty healthy throughout on the fitness side, but since the lockdown in March I’m yet to smoke and I’m very pleased as my VO2 max has gone from poor to excellent in that short time. Hope everyone is well!

That is brilliant. I am sure that once your running becomes a habit you will not want to jeopardise by ever smoking again! I did the C25K about 3 1/2 years ago and can say (hand on heart) that it has changed my life. So keep at it, you will be amazed!
