Up early for another run and earned a early riser badge from Garmin, I concentrated on not starting off to fast as I ran my usual route in reverse ad there was a incline. I managed to get into rhythm after about 12 minutes and then concentrated on by breathing and found that it was easy going and I didn't feel tired if felt that I was going steady for most of the run and I picked up the pace during the last bit.
Looking at my run on Garmin Connect app I can see the last 20% where I ran faster so I think I will keep concentrating on my technique in the first 15 minutes as running seems to come naturally after that as I felt quite comfortable. The run in total took 36 minutes and I'm happy with that, just need to master the starting pace.

Thanks Elfe5 I tend to start like a bullet out of a gun and my legs start to hurt half way round. When I have a controlled start after about 15 minutes I'm really into it.
