Very cold this morning so I had my hood on my running top up and my hands were inside the sleeves and leggings on. I aimed to do what I did for the last 2 runs and do my full circuit just over 5K.
Took most of the toxic 10 to warm up and to get into my stride I enjoyed the run despite the cold which I think didn't do much for my performance as I felt I slowed down half way though and I had to concentrate to keep up the pace. I did step up the pace at the end.
Stats on maprunner shows that my pace was slightly slower as I thought

Out in a couple of days time and I think I'll just run for 30 minutes and a reward for achieving 5K this week. Hopefully next Christmas Day I'll be running 10K.
