hi. I am at exactly the same stage as you at this moment in time, looking forward to Week 3. and appreciative of all the support here. However you will soon overtake me, as at 68 (and following calf strain when I got to week 4 earlier in the year and then beginning again) I am taking it easy and taking a month to do each week, so January is Week 3 month, then February for Week 4 etc. Well thats the plan anyway!! Good luck!!
