I haven’t posted for a week or so but I just finished Wk4,R2. I couldn’t have believed I’d do a 5 minute run three weeks ago. To have done 16 mins in total feels amazing. I really feel like I can do this now. Great programme. Couldn’t do it without the podcasts though.

Congratulations!! The podcasts are fantastic; I have just gotten to week 8 and I am feeling sad to be getting towards the end. So impressed by how grounding and encouraging they are. I would never have the discipline to keep checking my watch to run for 5 mins walk for 3 etc on my own, but they make the plan so easy to follow and the plan really does set you up well.

Well done and thank you for such an encouraging post. I have just finished week 2, looking forward to week 3 after Christmas. Yes the podcasts are wonderful, and so is the help and support on this forum 😀
