W5 complete! Feeling great!

Was concerned about this run, it felt like a big step up,running for 20 mins with no break. I have read so many other peoples posts on here, having similar worries, then going out and smashing it! This gave me loads of positive energy to take into my run, so thank you all for that. I'm over the moon to say, I also smashed it! Even feeling I had more left in the tank. The point when Laura told me I was half way through, and had ran for 10 minutes, I thought, you know what, I'm going to do this! What a feeling! 😁 Merry Christmas everyone, stay safe πŸŽ„πŸ˜Š

Merry Christmas to you Goodspeed and congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out catches out some people with the interval walks and runs. πŸƒπŸΎ
