Done it! I ‘ran’ for 20 minutes non stop today and it was .... ok! It seemed to take a while for the first 10 minutes to pass, but once I turned around to head back it was fine. I am looking forward to a couple more split runs before the next continuous! 😀
I have ‘run’ every other day without fail since I started on 23rd Nov so from struggling to run for a minute a month ago to running 20minutes today is a quick, minor miracle!

Maybe give yourself a 2 day break now and again to let your body recover. Especially as you are soon to be doing all non stops very soon. Bet you feel great today - you should.
Well done! I did the same run today, week 5 run 3. Was a bit nervous about it but managed to get through and, yes it was the same for me, the 2nd 10 minutes seemed to go a lot quicker.
