First time of posting and Iโve hit a mental block with W5R3 which Iโm doing later today.๐ง How have others found it? 20 solid minutes of running seems such a jump from two runs of 8 minutes! Any tips?! I need to have a word with myself I think!!

In a word Fleur1307 you know you can do this ๐ you're already running good distances, slow it down if needed, get your breathing relaxed and off you go, don't set off at a pace that will catch you out and leave you wanting ๐
Itโs daunting if you think about it too much - I remember feeling like that - just see it as the next step and head out there as usual and nail it as you always do - slow as you like - trust the programme - it works!
