I haven’t posted on here for a while and hope you are all well.
Since graduating I have continued with consolidation runs (CR 1 / take 20+) and although I seemed to have lost my capability of running for 30 mins for sometime I’m back 🤷♀️
I haven’t quite hit 5K but at least I’m not flagging after 20 mins. I have tried several things, changing my route, running without music to spur me along, reduced runs from every other day to 3 times each week. Unsure why this happened, whether I picked up the speed, head and heart not in it or that structure had been lost but I still got out there and persevered.
‘Moral of the story - never give up trying, no matter how you feel or what you want to achieve in life’
Wishing you all the very best, 2020 has been an awful year and hoping 2021 is a whole lot better.
Sending lots of love and happiness 💕💕

Good to hear your still running Little Missie, this year it's definitely been a testing one! The reasons to run are probably more important than ever, as our fitness has never been more necessary for our wellbeing 👍. If you can keep those runs going tough as it is you'll come through this tricky period better for it, remember a runs better than no run every time.
Perhaps drop by the consolidation club, across there you'll find
Mummycav she's got all those hints, tips and tricks as well as oodles of encouragement to keep you lacing up those trainers.. happy running 🎄
Thank you Imc50. I had found it so easy to quit after 20mins and unable to push myself, even though I felt I breezed through weeks 7-9 of C25K. I even considered repeating the programme from week 7 but managed 35 mins on my last run. But as you say a run is better that no run.
