What a jump from run 2 in week 5 running for 8 minutes to run 3 running a full 20 minutes! Did it though..... so pleased πŸ˜€

Congrats! W5r3 is the most crucial run. You have done it. You can be very proud of yourself. Mine is coming up in two days.

But you shouldn't be so surprised. Before W5R3, you had 157 minutes of running in your legs - over 2.5 hours. That's a fair amount of fitness you've built up and it had your body fully prepared for a 20 minute continuous run. Have a look back at what you've done recently:

Week 4.1 - 16 minutes of running

Week 4.2 - 16 mins

Week 4.3 - 16 mins

Week 5.1 - 15 mins

Week 5.2 - 16 mins

So your body was more ready that you probably thought.

But now you've done it, nothing else in the program should faze you :-)
