Reflecting on the C25K journey so far, I’m amazed at how by following the programme how marked progress is. Physically I feel much better, but mentally the difference is tremendous. Sure, the endorphin rush at the end of a run makes you feel good, but it’s during work life that I notice the difference. I’m just annoyed at myself that I stopped running for all those months earlier in the year. Still, onwards to week 9 and accomplishing my goal.

3 runs to go Bostonlandy, this you've got, you've done the hard graft, enjoy those next runs 👍 medal I'm guessing intime for Christmas 🙂
Just put the past behind you. You didn't give up before. You were just practising! You're going to get this. Carry on over Christmas too. (You can have Christmas Day off OK?)
