Hey everyone, just finished my wk5 run 1 and all that time spend on week 4 paying off, went at the slower speed for the first 2 runs but didn’t feel like I was ‘exercising’ so did the last 5 min run at the higher speed and it was perfectly manageable, probably because I didn’t expend as much energy in the first 2!!! So much so I kept running at the higher speed 😂 who’d have thunk it,
Onwards an upwards, looking forward date I say to the rest of the runs in the week at the slower pace :D, have to remind myself speed will come in time!!
