Gait analysis

So after my recent injury I went for gait analysis today at a great little running shop. They were great. Turns out my ankles collapse in everytime my foot hits the ground. I tried on lots of different running shoes but a pair of Brookes with maximum support felt like they were hugging my feet and completely corrected the issue so I am now the proud owner of them 😁 They suggested I don’t attempt to run again until walking is painless so that’s what I’ll do but can’t wait to try them out 🔥

That’s so good, a early christmas present to yourself, Willow has knee problems and after gait analysis most of them went away, it’s such an amazing thing to be able to run after suffering pain that made you think you couldn’t

I was so relieved to find the problem as I’d followed all the advice and taken it slowly. It does make you feel running may not be for you but now I know can’t wait to get back to it. Glad it worked for Willow too x
