I started week 5 this week and I'm not going to lie, I was a little scared and wondered if I'd be capable...

BUT...

I just completed run 2! I ran for a whole 8 minutes... not once but TWICE πŸ™Œ

Feeling pretty chuffed with myself 😁

Brilliant work MumOnTheEdge. Fabulous effort 😁 You have done the exact same run as me today. I have to say I was very anxious about the 8 mins run. It was such a shock that it was actually an achievable task. So much so, I was even able to carry on for a little bit after the second run. I managed it all with the advice to slow down.

Keep it up, keep posting 🀩 x

How did you do? I did run 3 today. I didn't think I would be capable of running for 20 minutes but I did it! I'm so chuffed πŸ™ŒπŸ’›

I didn't do it yesterday after all as I hadn't slept well. I did it today instead and now feel great! It wasn't nearly as hard as I was expecting and I was really surprised when I got the 60s to go message from my coach. I did have to slow down on the first run though as my heart rate went quite high but once I found the right pace it was great.
