Still waiting for my knee supports ( thanks covid for slow postal deliveries!!!) but got out and ran. Still finding the five minutes loooiooong and hate when Laura says you’re half way through!!!! Think they should edit that out. I actually thought my app had stopped working during the last minute of the last 5......it’s like time stood still. I only have one more of these runs and am agin going to have 2 rest days and hope my knee supports arrive.

I also find the 5 mins long and I hate it when she says that’s your walk nearly done, are you ready to run?? I usually shout ‘nooooo!!’ (I run where they are no other people !)
