I did it yesterday - so two 25 mins under the belt, unbelievable. I tried to up the pace when Michael Johnson told me to do it with a minute to go but after 10 secs I gave up. I felt I could walk faster at some stages but hitting 2.8 miles in total so fairly pleased with that. I still remember the 1.5 mins' runs being tough, now it would be a breeze!

You may well find that you could walk faster than you sometimes jog. That doesn't matter. It's the physiological difference in running and walking that counts. You have been walking almost all your life. You have only been doing the programme for about 2 months. So we all here need to practise running. We're learning all the time. Keep it up.
