First outing post positive Covid test

So happy with myself!!! Only at week 4 but just about keeping up, then got a pos test which meant no exercise for around 12 days. Decided to drop back a week and build up again, first run completed today, in the drizzly rain too which would normally be a good reason not to go out!

Hope you're feeling better. Being able to get outside and run again must be so liberating. And in the rain!

Good for you getting straight back to your running.👍🏻😄I’m very glad to hear that you are well enough - go gently & listen to your body. (We all need to do that after any illness). 😄
