Look at my fringe... I ran so fast this morning I look wind swept 😏😏 nothing to do with the fact my hair hasn’t been washed for 3 days and it’s rather windy here..
I repeated w6r2 again, but instead of 10mins x2 I did 10 mins, 3 min walk and then 15 mins and tbh I think I could have gone for longer... it makes me feel a bit happier about going for w6r3 next week. My goal to have completed w9r3 but Christmas.... you may think that sounds doable given that I’ve actually run up to w8r2 but with the luck I’ve had I’m not counting my chickens before they hatch....

Well done HC your journey has been full of ups and downs, but you’ve turned a corner now and you’re doing great, stay positive and focused... you’ve definitely got this 💪🏻🏃♀️
You will certainly graduate from C25K before Christmas, still 25 days before 25/12, so you could even repeat a few runs if you want to and still graduate, good luck.
Many of us have setbacks. It's how we get back from them that matters. You're doing great!
You have potentially 12 running days before Christmas (if you run every other day). You only need 10 if you're doing W6R3 next.
Woweeee now that HattieCooke is the windswept look super fast girl, and do we want to see you with that shiny graduation badge for Christmas, you bet we do keep going, you're fantastic 👍💪
Fantastic Hattie, just fantastic, really, really pleased for you. What determination, what a victory 😁😁👏👏👍. Yes you can do this....what a Xmas pressy. Good on you. Go Hattie...you've turned it round. 🦌🐢🐌🚶♀️🙋
It’s definitely very do-able, HattieC. You were so very close a few weeks back and making excellent progress. Just need to be patient with yourself as you come back after the time out. But sounds like you’ve got back into your groove. You’ll have this by Xmas, I’m sure. Go, go, go!!!✨✨✨
