My bad knees forced me into trying Japanese slow running. Also to lessen the impact I ran on grass. Knees still aching but I took a couple of painkillers and they feel ok now. This week is the start of week four.... no spoiler alerts please as I don’t look ahead x

Well done with the slow running Mollyjazz700, hopefully those knees will ease up, remember to drink that water and keep hydrated that's going to help you definitely and be sure to warm up thoroughly 🤓

Great that you have discovered Japanese jogging! Just be careful about running and pain killers. They can mask serious injury. Have you got any tight, sore leg muscles?Visit the Strength & Flex forum for exercises and stretches in support of your C25K journey.
