Woo hoo indeed. The normal advice is to do about 10 more Consolidation runs of about 30 minutes, before doing anything else.
As a start you could use the week 9 podcast or the app or you could go with a 30 minute timer and any music you like or even go "naked" ie no headphones but that was too much of a leap for me on my first Consolidation run on Wednesday. I just played my own music.
