I started my new job yesterday.... well pleased... all good... 2nd day today and should have been out for a run and the start of week 8 this evening but I just haven’t got the mojo...
Don’t know if it’s the cold dark nights or what... I have bought reflective jacket and a body torch( front and back) which I was excited about using. ... oh no... not tonight. .... the Rioja won me over...
What to do???

Oh no the mojo had a night off tis a mere slippage Currentum4Salutem let's hope the grape juice was a good yr and all is not lost..... Now that next run plan it make a date with your trainers and hey, back on track
Don’t give up hope! I stopped for 3 weeks as I had a cold and no mojo, but I got back out there this week. The hardest bit is getting back out there! I did my 2nd run of the week today and it felt so good. Use the positive energy that you’ve got a new job in these difficult times to spur you on 👍🏻
A new job (even a very good one) is a big change & effort. Be kind to yourself...plan a time to run & go out & run gently for whatever time you feel comfy with. If you only do shorter runs while you adjust to your new circumstances that’s fine. -No run is wasted, it’s still building your legs & cardio fitness. When you are ready, you can pick up the program again - & I suspect that will be soon! 😉😄
Ohh...only a minor derailment...or will it be a major hangover???😂🤣, in which case......you've made your choice, and just enjoy the vino. We're all allowed to derail occasionally... Just make sure you don't waste all that effort you've put in so far. Congrats on the new job, well done👍👏😁. 🦌🐢🐌🏃♀️🙋
