Good advice

I just completed w7r1 and took the advice from Laura to try a different route as was getting fed up of running around the park, yes it was up and down but time went faster so will continue with new routes, 4K today in 25 mins so really 😁. I would highly recommend as I was finding I knew exact markers of time in the park so was becoming a bit mundane.

Excellent! Plus our brains know when to start moaning; imagine you're dragging a reluctant child with you, they know just the right point to start moaning "I'm too tired, it hurts, I can't do it"! This way you confuse the inner reluctant child πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜

Well done and congrats on that great pace. Looks like the change of scenery upped your game, πŸ‘. That's a good one for me to try. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ™‹
