I graduated in September and am regularly running. I now think I should invest in decent running shoes. I am mainly pavement running, any suggestion, I’m finding the selection baffling.

I went to a specialist running shop and they were so good at explaining it all to me. I was clueless. I bought Brooks Ghost 13. Extremely comfortable and I am delighted with them. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. The place I went weren’t remotely pushy which helped.I chose these as although there are some fabulous colours out there I wanted quite dull and plain ones. Dark grey with the tiniest bit of pink. I also only run on roads.
Happy choosing.
