So Monday was my first run for 13 days. Shock horror gasp. I just went off colour with the arthritis flare up, reverted to being a couch potato and then we had a family COVID scare that took a week to get the all clear on. Weather has not been very nice either. Anyway on Sunday I told myself I had to run on Monday. Surprised myself by knocking out 5.01km in 32:35 on Monday AM and felt so much better for it.

For lunch to today I banged out another 5.19km in 30'43" (5km came up at 29'33") and I now feel even better.

I am so pleased that the best part of two weeks didn't set me back much and that I hadn't forgotten how to run--LOL
