Went out with my daughter today, who runs, but not seriously, and it's funny, she was worried about keeping up with me, blimey, 10 weeks ago, wouldnt be saying that! π
Anyway, did the 30 mins, usual pretty slow pace, average 8.08/km, got very wet, but was a nice change, having someone with me, and even managed to talk, no music, just nike app. I look at everyone elses nice pictures, which they post, with their runs, my usual route, not really very spectactular, i live next door to the warner bros, harry potter studios, and tend to run around the perimeter, i'll keep my eye out for anyone famous!
Anyway, hope your all having a good weekend, despite the rain! π

Hiya....well done you for getting out there in this pretty crappy weather. Just got back myself. Sounds enjoy able, having someone to go running with; I liked the fact that she was worried about keeping up with you πππ. Must make you realise how far you've come. And.....you were having a chat throughout....so that sounds pretty good to me....nice steady pace. Hey...can we have no more talk of your slow pace...same pace as mineπ€£ππββοΈ. You're getting out there and STILL runningππͺππͺ. My route,'s not very exciting, photo wise. Before lockdown I was running at Golden Valley, Malvern, when my partner went over there to fly his model glider. Hey ho....we're still keeping fit. Hooray. πββοΈπ
I bet having your daughter worry like this had you well chuffed!! - and deservedly. A really nice way to get together too... and also to keep a close eye on your pace.
