Just started with the app and only on my second day week 1 but the reality of how unfit I am is sickening ☹ hopefully this will help me get on track to becoming healthier and fitter πŸ˜„πŸ’ͺ

Hi, It absolutely will. The shock to my system when i started is seared in my mind, running for a minute was such a long time and all of me hurt and someone had stolen my breath 😳. Take your time repeat Weeks if necessary And enjoy it. I have kept running since I graduated, best decision I made this year to do this. Welcome 😁

It will get so much better! I’m on week 9 now and cannot believe how far I’ve come fitness-wise and how much I love running now. I have been so impressed with how C25k builds your strength and stamina week by week (pushing you just the right amount). Make sure you’re drinking plenty and stretching after your run (and if in doubt slow down) and have fun!

End of September I started the program and thought I was going to die during week 1, I'm now running 25 mins solid and two days ago ran 2 miles solid in one go.

Keep going, the mind is the real stumbling block. Just keep telling yourself that you can and you will.
