After a month off due to Covid.... I did my first jog yesterday...2.85 miles. Very slow.... but I loved it. Legs ache today !!!! But it felt great!!! I completed C25K a few months ago. I will never be a fast natural runner... but at 55, menopausal & overweight.... my Dr said being fit helped me get over Covid better than some.... so for you doubters out there.... keep going x

I might add today (the next day!) Oo my legs are sore!!!!!

Good run for you Scw787, just shows you that by running and keeping fit it helped you to get over Covid as your doctor said 'better than some'
