Ive gone from not running at all to really enjoying W1 and W2 and looking forward to next run and W3. My last run was in the rain and surprising exhilirating, felt massive sense of achievement afterwards. Now im sick, in bed and cross with myself that had to delay W3 as it will be harder to go back to if i take a longer break in between.😤🤧

Listen to your body, few days rest will do you good. Come back strong once your feeling a bit better 💪🏻

If it's only a few days, you're not going to lose much fitness. If it's more than a week, just repeat your most recent run and continue from there.
