I’m completely new to C25K and I’ve just completed my first week. Today was day 3 and I was weirdly so unwell half way through. Forwards the 15 min, I thought I was about to die. My nose was burning and my breath super short, sometimes that hasn’t happened the first 2 times. What is going on?

Welcome to the forum and well done
on getting started.
You may have just been pushing yourself too hard.......if you cannot speak aloud clear ungasping sentences, you are running too fast. Then again you may be coming down with something.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.
Hi mr Truffle, thanks for your replay and I will have a read to your manual. I do think I’m quite strong and I’m not new to exercise, I am an aerialists and I teach Pilates.. but thank you very much!
I think this humidity is not helping my asthma.. and maybe I have pushed myself without realising... I’m not sure how fast I should go...
have a very good day!
