Is this normal?

I’m completely new to C25K and I’ve just completed my first week. Today was day 3 and I was weirdly so unwell half way through. Forwards the 15 min, I thought I was about to die. My nose was burning and my breath super short, sometimes that hasn’t happened the first 2 times. What is going on?

Welcome to the forum and well done

on getting started.

You may have just been pushing yourself too hard.......if you cannot speak aloud clear ungasping sentences, you are running too fast. Then again you may be coming down with something.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
