Finally managed to complete 20 mins non stop - it was the third week that I've repeated W5. In the blazing midday sun, at altitude, and going very slowly, but done none the less. Has given me great confidence that 30 mins is definitely doable, but the 5K might take a few more weeks/months
W5R3 Finally!: Finally managed to complete 2... - Couch to 5K
W5R3 Finally!
A big well done! You kept at it that's what's important and now you've made it to week 6! Hardest bit done 👌🏻
Wowee!
I just read your in Ethiopia! I can only imagine the heat and the sun ☀️🥵
Well done to you!! 👏👏👏
It honestly doesn’t matter how many weeks it take to complete or also if you repeat weeks... there is no rush, it’s your own personal journey.. the important thing is you’ve kept trying ... that’s brilliant! Give yourself a huge pat on the back ( and a nice cold drink)....
W5R3 i felt was a milestone on this journey and I did mine in the rain ... can only imagine doing it where you are! You’re right... conquering this run shows you that the remainder is definitely do-able for you! You got this! 👍
Don’t worry about 5k either as most of us don’t hit 5k even when we graduate .. I graduated on 3.5k
You will get there!... 👏👏👏
Well done on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, be careful of runs 1 and 2 of week 6 as they are back to interval walks and runs, take them especially slowly.
Blazing sun?
Not sure if I pity you when running or envy you when not.
Think of us turning our heating on, won't you?
