I’ve amazed myself... I’m on Wk9R2 but finding it hard to keep motivated. Cold rainy dark mornings in Scotland don’t make things easy.... my 54 year old body is protesting 😩. Just started using app so hopefully reading the posts will help keep me going 👍

But you’re sooo near! Sooo close!

Has anyone told you there’ll be ticker tape, cheering, a beautiful graduation badge, AND CAKE*?!

*you’ll have to provide the cake yourself but we’ll be with you in spirit when you eat it. 🙂

Ah Eshaw you are really close now! Try to run when there is no rain...i know how difficult it is as I am based in Ireland myself!

My advice (from another beginner) is try to find the time of the day it seems more enjoyable. We are nearly there..

I have two runs left...you only have the final run left! All the best and let us know how did it go!

I share your pain! I loved the start of the programme, those light early mornings in August, no-one about and the sun was shining! Now I don't do mornings - and struggle to get out in the evenings before the sun sets. I run with my dog as well, (2 tasks in one!) and I need to know where she is. I'm due to run W8R3 tomorrow and I can't wait til I finish next week. Will probably go into winter hibernation then, except for Sunday runs with husband (and dog!)
