Thanks a lot for sharing, Sadie-runs! Very convincing even if I don't need to be convinced since I've adopted the snail runs and helpful to avoid injury. Let's keep on running slow!
So true -I felt so good tonight after my run I was worried about but I did it because I paced myself!!

I have to confess I haven't yet felt the need to run any faster than slow 😉
I can now happily claim I'm choosing to go slow deliberately! 😂
Great read. This is exactly what I did from day 1. And I can feel my leg muscles getting stronger. It’s also great for thinking time.
