I have signed up to do this challenge as a way of keeping myself going after I complete C25K (only got the 3 runs of Wk9 to do!). However, as I doubt I'll even be achieving 5k by the end, I have since thought perhaps I've taken on too much too soon. Apparently, it is ok to walk some of the 50 miles, but I really would like to run all of it. Is anyone else doing a challenge like this?

Hey that sounds incredible! Good on you for going for it. I hadn’t heard of the challenge before but I looked it up and now you’ve got me thinking! All the best for finishing the C25K very soon as well. 😀👍
Thanks. I've worked out that if I run every other day, that's 15 days, it will be on average 3.33 miles a session. People have been so generous and have @180 in donations already, so I am definitely committed! Would be great if you can sign up and do it, too. For a great cause and also helps ourselves stay fit!
Many of the people doing this 50 mile in November challenge haven't don't any running at all! Some are part way through C25K and others are established runners. It's ok to walk some of the miles, so perhaps you would be able to do it. I never thought I'd be able to do anything like this but it's got me fired up and raring to go!
