So, first run in the rain, and dare I say it, was quite enjoyable! πŸ˜‚ So far so good, dont want to tempt fate, but knees behaving atm, with a much slower pace 🐒, bring on r2, prob on wed evening! πŸ˜€

Well done Peter - week 6 can seem strange after the big W5R3 but I think these first two runs of week 6 help us learn about our ideal pace. It was when I started to get a few stitches, as I was full of confidence and a little too fast (and therefor my breathing was off). Into week 7 I think (I hope!) I've worked it out a little better! Good luck with the rest of the week - you've got this!
